No. Members can use HeyLono in any browser at app.heylono.com, scan a QR code, or grab the mobile app — whatever's easiest. Drop-in players who just want to join the queue for one night don't need an account; regulars who want stats and payment history sign in with email or Google.
Free accounts host one club at a time. Premium hosts can run unlimited clubs from a single account, switch between them in one tap, and see cross-club player stats. Members who sign in get a portable profile that follows them across every club they join.
